Today at breakfast I met a nice and experienced travellers from Poland. How it was possible that it happened only on last morning of the 14-days cruise? Anyway it was very pleasant (and funny) meeting. After the cruise Teresa and Chris were heading by ferry to Corsica. Bon voyage new friends! At 10am. I took all my stuff and said goodbye to “Favolosa” – the low quality service ship. Right on the other side of the terminal a Costa flagship “Smeralda” was docking. It is huge! (see picture) Maybe I will have a chance to sail also on it… Half an hour walk to the railway station. Next inexpensive regional train (16 euro ticket) was departing on 12.40 and arrived to Milan Centrale at 15.35. Right from the big station building there are stops of shuttle buses heading to Bergamo low-cost airport. This bus is overpriced – 12 euro per person, but it is direct TV service. I hope to be on time for my flight to Gdansk 🙂
