I
wanted to sail to Timor Island by ship from Flores. But in Indonesia it is very
difficult to get the info about the ship schedules. When I arrived to the
port of Maumere I recognized that the ship to Kupang departed 3 days ago and
the next one is expected in 10 days. So I was forced to take the flight from
Mamere to Kupang.

z Flores zamierzałem popłynąć statkiem. W Indonezji niezmiernie trudno
uzyskać informacje o połączeniach promowych z odległych portów – każdy
urzędnik wie tylko o tym co kursuje u niego.. Dopiero na miejscu, w Maumere
okazało się, że statek do Kupangu odpłynął 3 dni wcześniej, a następny
będzie dopiero za 10 dni – jak dobrze pójdzie… Musiałem z Flores na Timor
przelecieć samolotem.
