How to join the Club?
Zgłoszenie do
klubu
you set your foot in each of the seven continents you are welcome to send
your picture and data to the host of the 7CC. All applications are
treated as “sent in good faith” but in the debatable cases I – the
club host reserve myself
the right to verify them and to refuse to place the candidate on the list if
I’ll find it doubtful . To avoid discussions with the purists I assume that
in the terminology of the club we use the literal meaning of the word “continent”.
It means that the islands of Antarctica do not count as Antarctic continent,
the islands of Oceania do not count as Australian continent etc.
Each member has a free
allowance to place in the 7CC website his/her sub-page with the information
about himself and his voyaging (up to 7000 printed characters of text, up to
7 pictures, max. 50 kb each). English or/and Polish language. No ads please. The access to the sub-page is
through the button “More about the member” placed on the member list.
Requested data for new
application:
First name, name
Place of residence: (country,
city)
The date of landing on the
last – 7th continent (sometimes it will not be Antarctica) – (month, year)
Portrait picture of the
candidate (jpg format, 72 dpi, 150×150 pixels)
Optional:
private website address and
e-mail (take care about the spammers if address is encoded)
Zgłoszenie do klubu następuje przez przesłanie do gospodarza klubu danych
kandydata niezbędnych dla umieszczenia go na liście członków. Wszystkie
zgłoszenia traktuje się jako przesłane w dobrej wierze, ale gospodarz klubu
zastrzega sobie prawo do weryfikacji nadesłanych danych i odmowy umieszczenia
kandydata na liście
w przypadku zaistnienia uzasadnionych wątpliwości. Dla uniknięcia dyskusji z
purystami przyjmuje się, że w terminologii klubu słowo “kontynent” rozumie
się dosłownie. To znaczy że wysp Antarktyki nie uważa się za kontynent
Antarktydy, a wysp Oceanii za kontynent Australii itd.
Członek klubu ma prawo do
nieodpłatnego umieszczenia w serwisie Klubu Siedmiu Kontynentów swojej podstrony z informacjami o sobie i
swoich podróżach (do 7000 znaków tekstu, do 7 zdjęć – każde do 50 kb). Język
polski i/lub angielski. Nie
dopuszcza się reklamy. Podstrona osiągalna jest poprzez odsyłacz “More about
the member” umieszczony na klubowej liście.
Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać:
Imię i nazwisko
Aktualne miejsce zamieszkania:
miejscowość, kraj
Informację o tym kiedy kandydat wylądował na
swoim siódmym kontynencie (niekoniecznie musi to być Antarktyda) – miesiąc,
rok
Plik w formacie jpg
ze zdjęciem portretowym kandydata (150×150 pikseli, 72 dpi)
Ponadto można podać
opcjonalnie:
adres swojej strony www i
adres e-mail (zwracam uwagę na możliwość przechwycenia adresu przez spamerów
jeśli nie jest zabezpieczony))
