When we disembarked by tenders (little port cannot accommodate such a big ship) I wanted to go and see Shipwreck Beach. The viewpoint overlooking the beach is closed for safety reason, so the only way was by small ship. The single ship company has monopoly, so the tickets for 3-hours round trip ride without landing is hefty: 50 euro, no discounts. I decided to go anyway. The day was sunny, the water so blue! It was little choppy trip till the northern cape with some grottos visible onthe way. Then we turned left and sail along wonderful cliffs. The shipwreck lies in the small bay accessible only from the sea. Great view, great color of the water. We started with the 40 min delay and returned also with the delay – that’s how the Greeks work… Talke it easy!
