When we passed Gibraltar at 9 am there was thick fogg. Gibraltar rock was not visible at all! In the fogg we were sailing all over the way to Malaga. My friends Sveta, Oleg and their daughter Paulina were waiting for me at the exit from the port. They live here since 3 years. I met them once on the cruise ship. We spent together few lovely hours enjoying the streets and parks of old Malaga. The weather was already excellent in the afternoon allowing to appreciate the jacaranda thees – all in violet flowers. Finally we took the bus 35 to the ruins of the Arab castle Gibralfaro. A great panorama of the port and city opens there. Thank you dear friends for your invitation and company.
