Monday market in Moni starts at sunrise. Later it is too hot! I was the only tourist on this market… They sell here stange fruits and vegetables. Tobacco, but first of all wonderful hand-made ikats – sarongs. I attended great spectacle… many colors, the people like to be photographed… Then for the third time I took a little, sticky bus going across the mountains to the east of Flores Island – is is long way… The target was Maumere – little port on the northern coast. There is cathedral, gold-paited Jesust Christ Monument and few shops. Also first internet cafe I saw on Flores – with very weak, slow and breaking connection to the net. You pay per minute – they do not care about the breaks… I was planing to take Pelni Line boat to jump from Maumere to Timor. Yes – there is the boat – departed 3 day ago. The next one will be after 10 days… I hope I will find another solution…
